1.	The amendments to the approved application listed below are considered to be non-material and acceptable in their own right and will not require resubmission of a fresh planning application. The following amendments are deemed to be accepted: Reduction of glazing to main front elevation Reduction in size of canopy and wall to entrance door Reduction in window area and re-positioned door to side corridor Amendments detailed on the following drawings: 1010_310 Rev C1 and 1010_315 Rev C1, which are substituted for drawings 1010_015 Rev A, and 1010-017.
2.	The non-material amendments accepted by this notice relate solely to the drawings listed in condition 2, in respect of planning application P1365.11 dated (31-10-11). This is not a reissue of the original planning permission and the reminder of the original conditions will continue to apply. The two documents should be read together
