1.The proposed amendment to P1069.18 to insert a door into the side elevation results in an increase in the length of the wall and increase in floor space which is considered to materially affect the built form previously approved and cannot be regarded as a non-material amendment. The submission of an application under section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 seeking a minor material amendment to vary a planning permission is therefore deemed necessary in this case.
