1.The amendments to the approved application listed below are considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable in their own right and will not require resubmission of a fresh planning application. The following amendments are deemed to be accepted: Minor changes to the elevations of Block B. Addition of glazed privacy screen at roof terrace level; Third floor roof canopy overhang reduced in length and profile; Vertical steel support posts to balconies reduced in thickness; Change to powder coated railings from glass balustrading to ground floor patio areas; Addition of rainwater downpipes and hoppers to front elevations Stepped ground line modified to ramps and slopes Material schedule clarified.
2.Informative: The applicant is advised that this amendment relates solely to the items as shown on the above drawing numbers and as described above and not to any other deviation from the approved drawings. Furthermore this amendment does not in any way alter or remove any previous conditions imposed on the original approved application reference P1539.16 or P0702.08.
