| 1. | The amendments to the approved application listed below are considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable in their own right and will not require resubmission of a fresh planning application.
The following amendments are deemed to be accepted:
Minor amendment to the elevational treatment of Block C:
Addition of glazed door at ground floor level to Core C, stair core, for escape purposes, in accordance wjth fire strategy (elevation A);
Glazing at ground floor entrance amended, to allow for required 20 no. letter boxes (elevation C);
Staircase enclosure to main elevation slightly increased in height to respond to structural design requirements and to hide plant (AOV upstand) behind (Elevation C);
Ventilation grills to undercroft car park amended to vertical bars for enhanced efficiency and maximum light (elevation A);
Internal courtyard - canopies over / around doors amended to avoid potential clashes with vehicle movements (elevations H & J);
Internal courtyard - window to unit omitted due to clash with courtyard gates (elevation F);
Extra plant room door (elevation H/I)
Internal courtyard - windows slightly amended to have a spandrel panel, for window cleaning strategy (cannot be reached) (elevation M)
Top floor level - Changes to show privacy screens between units and rainwater pipes. |
