| 2. | The proposed development would by reason of the six parking spaces in the rear garden, result in intrusive vehicular movements, resulting in excessive noise, disturbance and light pollution, to the detriment of neighbouring residential amenity and contrary to Policy DC61 of the LDF Development Control Policies Development Plan Document. |
