1.The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out otherwise than in complete accordance with the approved plans, particulars and specifications. Reason:- The Local Planning Authority consider it essential that the whole of the development is carried out and that no departure whatsoever is made from the details approved, since the development would not necessarily be acceptable if partly carried out or carried out differently in any degree from the details submitted.
2.The premises shall be used as a retail warehouse for the sale and storage of carpets and other floor coverings, furniture and home furnishings, electrical and electronic goods, home improvement products, garden-centre materials and car parts and car accessories and for no other uses falling within Use Class A1 as defined by the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes)(Amendment) Order 1991. Reason- To enable the Local Planning Authority to exercise control over any future use not forming part of the application.
