No.Condition Text
1.The proposed extended hours of the use of the premises, in combination with the location of the building close to residential properties, would result in a greater degree of coming and goings at a time when surrounding noise levels are quieter. Consequently, and in the absence of any supporting information to the contrary, the proposal would result in an unacceptable level of noise and disturbance to the amenities of nearby residential properties at the time when the occupiers can expect a degree of calm and tranquillity. The noise and the associated disturbance would be further aggravated when the existing car park continues to be used by the users of the premises during the extended hours, including at weekends, giving rise to additional noise and light pollution associated with vehicles manoeuvring, harmful to the residential amenity of neighbouring properties contrary to Policies 7 and 34 of the Local Plan 2021.
2.Statement Required by Article 35 (2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015: Consideration was given to seeking amendments, but given conflict with adopted planning policy, notification of intended refusal and the reason(s) for it was given to the agent on 8 April 2026..
