| 1. | Based on the submitted layout, the proposed extensions would not be suitable for the needs of intended occupants and would not provide appropriate level of amenity space to meet the needs of the intended occupants. As such, the proposal would be in conflict with the objectives of Policy 6(v) and (vi) of the Local Plan, Policy H12 of the London Plan as well as the objectives of the NPPF. |
