| 1. | The development to which this permission relates must be commenced not
later than five years from the date of this permission.
Reason:-
To comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country
Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | Before the use hereby permitted commences, suitable equipment
to remove and/or disperse odours and odorous material shall be
fitted to an extract ventilation system in accordance with a
scheme to be submitted to, and approved in writing by, the
Local Planning Authority. Such a scheme shall incorporate both
carbon filtration equipment and a means of high level dispersion.
Thereafter, the equipment shall be properly maintained and
operated during normal working hours.

| 3. | Before the use hereby permitted commences, a scheme to control
the transmission of noise and vibration into any neighbouring
premises from any mechanical ventilation system shall be
implemented in accordance with a scheme submitted to, and
approved in writing by, the Local Planning Authority.
