1.The proposed development would, by reason of its position close to the boundary of the site give rise to a dominant, intrusive and unneighbourly form of development, resulting in harm to the amenity of occupiers of neighbouring property at no. 8 Hacton Lane, in terms of loss of outlook and overshadowing contrary to the Residential Extensions and Alterations SPD and provisions of Local Plan Policy 7.
