1. | The proposed development would, by reason of overdevelopment due to its high density, lack of amenity space result in unacceptable harm to the character of the locality and loss of amenity through increased activity, contrary to Policies ENV1 and HSG7 of the Havering Unitary Development Plan and Appendix 1 of that document. |
2. | The proposed front dormer windows, due to their number, size and positioning would be harmful to the visual amenities of the street scene, contrary to Policy ENV1 and Appendix 1 of the Havering Unitary Development Plan. |
3. | The proposed development would provide insufficient off-street parking thereby leading to parking elsewhere in the residential area to the detriment of amenity contrary to Policy TRN18 of the Havering Unitary Development Plan. |
