| 1. | This permission shall be for a limited period only, expiring on 24th
May 2000, on or before which date the use shall be discontinued and
the site reinstated to its former condition to the satisfaction of
the Local Planning Authority.
Reason-
To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the
impact of the proposal on the amenity of the occupants of nearby
residential properties. |

only and shall not enure for the benefit of the land or any other
person.
