| 1. | The replacement of oriel styled windows within the bedrooms of units 7,9, 10, 11, 13 and 14 with obscure yet openable windows that are flush with the flank wall, by reason of their position and proximity to neighbouring properties cause overlooking and loss of privacy which would have a serious and adverse effect on the living conditions of adjacent occupiers, contrary to Policy DC61 of the LDF Core Strategy and Development Control Policies DPD. |
| 2. | The windows installed within the bedrooms and dining room area of units 7, 9, 10, 11, 13 and 14 result in accommodate with limited outlook, thereby providing an unacceptable level of amenity resulting in a sub-standard living accommodation for future residents contrary to Policy DC61 of the LDF Core Strategy and Development Control Policies DPD. |
