| 1. | The proposed outbuilding by reason of its excessive height, would appear incongruous and unacceptably dominant and a visually intrusive feature in the rear garden environment, harmful to the character and appearance of the surrounding area and the Guidea Park Conservation Area, contrary to Policies DC61 and DC68 of the LDF Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Development Plan Document (adopted 2008), the Heritage Supplementary Planning Document (adopted 2011), the Residential Extensions and Alterations Supplementary Planning Document (adopted 2011) and Policy HC1 of the London Plan (adopted 2021). |
