| 1. | The development to which this permission relates must be commenced not
later than five years from the date of this permission.
Reason:-
To comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country
Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | Before any of the buildings hereby permitted is first occupied, the area
set aside for car parking shall be laid out and surfaced to the
satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority and retained permanently
thereafter for the accommodation of vehicles visiting the site and shall
not be used for any other purpose.
Reason:-
To ensure that car parking accommodation is made permanently available to
the standards adopted by the Local Planning Authority and to prevent the
obstruction of nearby streets by parked vehicles. |
| 3. | The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out otherwise than
in complete accordance with the approved plans, particulars and
specifications.
Reason:-
The Local Planning Authority consider it essential that the whole of the
development is carried out and that no departure whatsoever is made from
the details approved, since the development would not necessarily be
acceptable if partly carried out or carried out differently in any degree
from the details submitted. |
| 4. | That Block 2 shall not be first occupied until the necessary
Stopping Up Order for the relevant section of public highway has
been obtained and parking spaces in front of Block 2 and the new
section of footway are constructed.
Reason-
In order to ensure satisfactory car parking provision is
permanently available on site. |
| 5. | INFORMATIVE 1: The applicant is advised that this permission relates
to a variation of conditions 7 and 14 of planning permission P0961.97
only. The applicant is further advised that since condition 14, as
referred to above, is deleted, the requirements of conditions 15 to 18
(inclusive) are in effect extinguished.
INFORMATIVE 2: That high quality landscaping to the front and rear of
the shops should be provided as part of the landscaping scheme
required by Condition 4 of planning permission P0961.97. |
