1.The development to which this permission relates must be commenced not later than five years from the date of this permission. Reason- To comply with the requirements of Section 41 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971.
2.The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out otherwise than in complete accordance with the approved plans, particulars and specifications. Reason- The Local Planning Authority consider it essential that the whole of the development is carried out and that no departure whatsoever is made from the details approved, since the development would not necessarily be acceptable if partly carried out or carried out differently in any degree from the details submitted.
3.In the event that the garden wall between the conservatory and the party boundary should be removed, a 7ft. high screen fence shall be erected where shown by a blue line on the submitted plan, a copy of which is attach Reason- To protect the visual amenities of the development and prevent undue overlo of adjoining property
4.INFORMATIVE: The applicant's attention is drawn to the fact that it is not possible to properly maintain a gap of only 425mm shown between the conservatory and the boundary. It is therefore recommended that the gap should be increased to not less than 600mm
