1.The proposed 2 storey side extension would, by virtue of its excessive scale and irregular roof design, lack subservience to the existing dwelling and appear incongruous, dominant and visually intrusive in the street scene contrary to policy DC61 of the London Borough of Havering Core Strategy and Development Control Policies DPD Adopted 2008 and the Adopted Residential Extensions and Alterations SPD 2011.
2.Statement Required by Article 35 (2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015: Consideration was given to seeking amendments, but given conflict with adopted planning policy, notification of intended refusal and the reason(s) for it will be given to Mr Michael Grieve on 23-04-19
