| 2. | Insufficient information has been provided with the application to demonstrate satisfactorily that any adverse amenity impacts on nearby residents associated with the proposed front, side and rear extension in terms of noise and disturbance would be acceptable. The development would accordingly be contrary to Local Plan Policy 7 and Policy D14 of the London Plan. |
