| 1. | The proposed first floor front addition would by reason of its excessive depth and overall bulk, unbalance the appearance of this semi-detached property and be unduly obtrusive in the street scene. Such development, which could easily be repeated elsewhere in the street, would be out of character with its surroundings and harmful to the street scene, contrary to Policy DC 61 of the LDF Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Development Plan Document and the Residential Extensions and Alterations Supplementary Planning Document. |
