| 2. | Statement Required by Article 35 (2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015: In accordance with paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework 2018, improvements required to make the proposal acceptable were negotiated with the Agent, Michael Breden by phone on 28 August 2018. The revisions involved reducing the number of units to 3 and reconfiguring the layout of the rear ground floor flat so that outlook would be improved. The applicant declined to make the suggested revisions. |
