| 1. | The proposed two storey side/rear extension, by virtue of its height, depth and proximity to the boundary with No.14 Victory Road, would negatively impact the residential amenity of these neighbouring occupiers by appearing as intrusive and overbearing. The proposal has not adequately amended to respond the reason for refusal set out in the Decision Notice for P0345.24, nor the Appeal Decision for APP/B5480/D/24/3346212. The proposed development conflicts with policies 7, 26, D1, D4 and the guidance set out in the Havering Residential Extensions and Alterations SPD (2011). |
