| 1. | The premises shall not be used for direct retail sales to the general public. Reason:- Having regard to limited on-site parking facilities. |
| 2. | The proposed extension would, by reason of its proximity to the highway boundary, represent an unduly prominent and obtrusive feature, materially harmful to the Rom Valley Way street scene. Furthermore, the proposal would be likely to weaken the case against similar development at adjoining units, the cumulative effect of which would materially harm the street scene and visual amenity. The proposal thus conflicts with Policy ENV1 of the Havering Unitary Development Plan. |
