1. | The cumulative impact of the first floor rear extension, the hip to gable roof alteration and rear dormer window would be unduly prominent and out of character with the prevailing pattern of development which would unbalance the appearance of this pair of semi-detached properties to the detriment of the character and appearance of the host property and visually amenity of the street scene and amenity enjoyed in the rear garden environment, contrary to Policy 26 of the Havering Local Plan and the Residential Extensions and Alterations Supplementary Planning Document. |
