| 1. | The proposal would, by reason of its layout, result in dwellings with poor layouts especially to habitable living spaces and the private amenity area. Whilst the proposed rooms would be sizable, the window openings would be sited in very short distances from boundary fences, providing very poor aspect and outlook. Thus, it is considered that the proposed scheme would fail to provide adequate outlook and aspect to the detriment of future occupiers, contrary to Policies D4 and D6 of the London Plan, Policy 7 of the Local Plan and the NPPF. |
