1.Statement Required by Article 35 (2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015: In accordance with paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework, improvements required to make the proposal acceptable were negotiated with the agent/applicant on 10/06/2025. The applicant agreed to submit additional information, but these were not received within 1 month of the original request date. The agent/applicant was given notification a recommendation will be issued by email on 21/07/2025.
2.The proposed scheme is not supported by relevant and sufficient information relating to trees, therefore the LPA is unable to ensure the proposal would not have an unacceptable harm on the tree protected by Tree Preservation Order and mature trees/hedges within proximity, contrary to Policy 27 of the Havering Local Plan (adopted 2021) and Policy G6 of the London Local Plan (2021).
