| 1. | By reason of its uncharacteristically narrow plot width, increased ridge height and lack of subservience, the proposal would give rise to a cramped appearance and represent an overdevelopment of the plot harmful to the open and spacious character of the street scene, contrary to Policy DC61 of the LDF Core Strategy and Development Control Policies DPD and the Residential Extensions and Alterations SPD. |
