| 1. | The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out otherwise than in complete accordance with the approved plans (as set out on page one of this decision notice).

| 2. | Within three months of the date of this decision notice, the applicant must submit a scheme to control the transmission of noise and vibration arising from any mechanical ventilation system installed for the written of approval of the Local Planning Authority.

| 3. | The flat roofed area shall only be accessed in association with maintenance of the equipment hereby permitted and shall not be used for any other purpose at any other time unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.
