1.The proposed development would, by reason of the inadequate on site car parking provision, result in unacceptable overspill onto Harold Court Road, resulting in conditions that are to the detriment of highway safety and residential amenity and contrary to Policies Policy DC32,DC33 and DC34 of the Development Control Policies DPD.
2.Statement Required by Article 35 (2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015: In accordance with para 186-187 of the National Planning Policy Framework 2012, concerns with the proposal were discussed with Iliyana Mancheva via email on 18/04/18. The LPA's reservations were centred around the lack of suitable parking and the potential implications this would have upon the functionality and safety of the highway. These concerns were not overcome.
