| 1. | The development to which this permission relates must be commenced not later than three years from the date of this permission.
Reason:-
To comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004). |
| 2. | Informative - Liaise with Utility Provider Prior to Commcement
The applicant is advised to consult the Utility Provider (presumably BT) about the depth of the existing underground services prior to undertaking the works. |
| 3. | NOTE: This permission relates solely to the formation of access to the road. The formation of a hard surface to the front of the dwelling in excess of 5 square metres would require planning permission, unless the surface is of made of porous materials, or provision is made to direct run-off water from the hard surface to a permeable or porous area or surface within the curtilage of the dwellinghouse. |
