| 1. | The proposed development would, by reason of its excessive width, cramped appearance, scale, bulk, projection forward of the building and lack of symmetry with the fenestration would unacceptably unbalance the appearance of this terraced group and thereby have a detrimental impact on the character and appearance of the local area, contrary to Policy DC61 of the LDF Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Development Plan Document, the Residential Extensions and Alterations Supplementary Planning Document and Policy 7.4 of the London Plan. |
