| 2. | Statement Required by Article 35 (2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015: In accordance with paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework, improvements required to make the proposal acceptable were negotiated with Zaavia Design Ltd via email on 6th May 2022. The revisions involved setting in the flank wall of the two storey side extension and single storey rear extension at least one metre from the back edge of the footway. The applicant declined to make the suggested revisions. |
