| 1. | The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out otherwise than in complete accordance with the approved plans (as set out on page one of this decision notice).

| 2. | The use of the site for the dog walking business hereby permitted shall be operated strictly in accordance with the Noise Management Plan dated April 2024. The Noise Management Plan dated April 2024 shall thereafter be in use at all times.

| 3. | The use of the site for the dog walking business hereby permitted shall only be carried out between the following hours:
08:00-19:00 Monday to Friday during British Summer Time;
08:00-17:00 Saturday and Sunday during British Summer Time and
08:00-16:00 Monday to Sunday at all other times other than British Summer Time and Bank or Public Holidays.
Not at any time on Bank or Public Holidays.

| 4. | Landscaping adjoining the boundaries of the site shall be maintained in accordance with Drawing No. LC-2915-01 as previously approved under application Q0114.23.

| 5. | Statement Required by Article 35 (2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015: In accordance with paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework, improvements required to make the proposal acceptable were negotiated with Barker Parry Town Planning Ltd via email on 26th April and 8th May 2024. The revisions involved amending the hours of operation of the dog walking business on the site from 07:00-19:00 Monday-Sunday during British Summer Time and 08:00-16:00 all other times other than British Summer Time and Bank or Public Holidays, to 08:00-19:00 Monday to Friday during British Summer Time, 08:00-17:00 Saturday and Sunday during British Summer Time and 08:00-16:00 Monday to Sunday at all other times other than British Summer Time and Bank or Public Holidays. Not at any time on Bank or Public Holidays.The amendments were subsequently submitted on 8th May 2024. |
