| 2. | The proposal would, by reason of additional traffic and the location of the parking area, result in an unacceptable increase in noise and disturbance adversely affecting the amenities of adjoining occupiers in a rear garden environment, contrary to Policy ENV1 of the Havering Unitary Development Plan. |
| 3. | The proposed extension would, due to its siting and cumulative size, result in it detrimentally affecting the visual amenity of the adjoining area of Metropolitan Green Belt contrary to Policy ENV16 of the Havering Unitary Development Plan. |
