1.The proposed development, by reason of its height, bulk, mass and excessive width would be result in a unacceptably dominant and visually intrusive feature in the streetscene harmful to the appearance of the surrounding area contrary to Supplementary Design Guidance (Residential Extensions and Alterations) and Policy DC61 of the LDF Development Control Policies Development Plan Document.
2.The proposed development, by reason of its excessive height, bulk and width would result in an intrusive and unneighbourly development as well as having an adverse effect on the amenities of adjacent occupiers contrary to Supplementary Design Guidance (Residential Extensions and Alterations) and Policy DC61 of the LDF Development Control Policies Development Plan Document.
