1.The proposal would, by reason of its design and relationship with the adjoining property, result in an unsatisfactory outlook in one direction that is obscured by vegetation, would result in substandard, cramped and poor quality accommodation to the detriment of the residential amenities of future occupiers of the residential units, contrary to Policy DC61 of the LDF Core Strategy and Development Control Policies DPD and the London Plan 2021. The proposal would also fail to accord with the core principle set out in Paragraph 127 of the National Planning Policy Framework which seeks to ensure a high standard of amenity for existing and future occupants of land and buildings.
