| 1. | The use of the building hereby granted shall be personal to Ms Samantha Brookes only and shall not enure for the benefit of the land or for any other person.

| 2. | The premises shall not be used for the purposes hereby permitted other than between the hours of 09:00 and 20:00 on Mondays to Fridays and 09:00 to 15:00 on Saturday and not at any time on Sundays, Bank or Public holidays.

| 6. | There shall be spray tanning equipment or other electrical machinery shall be used on the premises in association which the approved use.
