1.The use of the building hereby granted shall be personal to Ms Samantha Brookes only and shall not enure for the benefit of the land or for any other person. Reason:- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control in the interests of amenity, and in order that the development accords with Policy DC61 of the LDF Development Control Policies Development Plan Document.
2.The premises shall not be used for the purposes hereby permitted other than between the hours of 09:00 and 20:00 on Mondays to Fridays and 09:00 to 15:00 on Saturday and not at any time on Sundays, Bank or Public holidays. Reason:- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control in the interests of amenity, and in order that the development accords with Development Control Policies Development Plan Document Policy DC61.
3.There shall only be one client receiving treatment within the premises at any one time and clients shall be treated on an appointment basis only. Reason: In the interests of maintaining residential amenity and to accord with Policy DC61 of the LDF Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Development Plan Document.
4.There shall be no more than one treatment room provided within the building where the change of use has been approved. Reason: In the interests of maintaining residential amenity and to accord with Policy DC61 of the LDF Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Development Plan Document.
5.There shall be no more than one person operating for treatment purposes within the premises at any one time. Reason: In the interests of maintaining residential amenity and to accord with Policy DC61 of the LDF Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Development Plan Document.
6.There shall be spray tanning equipment or other electrical machinery shall be used on the premises in association which the approved use. Reason: In the interests of maintaining residential amenity and to accord with Policy DC61 of the LDF Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Development Plan Document.
7.Statement Required by Article 35 (2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015: No significant problems were identified during the consideration of the application, and therefore it has been determined in accordance with paragraphs 186-187 of the National Planning Policy Framework 2012.
