| 1. | The proposed development would, by reason of the substantial loss of existing trees within the site, would eradicate the natural appearance of the site and therefore materially harm its existing verdant character and appearance, contrary to Policies 7, 26 and 27 of the Havering Local Plan and Policy D4 of the London Plan 2021. |
| 2. | Insufficient information has been submitted as part of the application for the ecological impacts of the proposed detached dwelling to be assessed, contrary to Policies 10 and 27 of the Havering Local Plan and Policy G7 of the London Plan 2021. |
