| 1. | The proposed development would, by reason of its height, length and close proximity of the two storey flank close to the site boundary would appear dominant and visually intrusive in the streetscene and rear garden environment harmful to the appearance of the host dwelling and character of the surrounding area. The development is therefore contrary to the Residential Extensions and Alterations Supplementary Planning Document, policies D1, D3 and D4 of The London Plan (2021) and Policies 7 and 26 of the Local Plan. |
