1.The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out otherwise than in complete accordance with the approved plans, particulars and specifications. Reason:- The Local Planning Authority consider it essential that the whole of the development is carried out and that no departure whatsoever is made from the details approved, since the development would not necessarily be acceptable if partly carried out or carried out differently in any degree from the details submitted. Also, in order that the development accords with Development Control Policies Development Plan Document Policy DC61.
2.This permission shall be for a limited period only expiring on 31 December 2010 on or before which date the temporary building(s) carried out under this permission shall be removed and the site reinstated to its former condition to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. Reason:- The temporary nature of the building(s) is such that permanent permission would not be appropriate in the interests of amenity. This permission is therefore granted on a temporary basis to enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control, and that the development accords with the Development Control Policies Development Plan Document Policy DC61.
3.The temporary building hereby approved shall not be positioned on site until details of its external materials and colour have been submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall then be carried out in accordance with the agreed details. Reason: To ensure the temporary structures have a satisfactory appearance in the interests of amenity.
4.INFORMATIVE: Reason for Approval: The proposal is considered to be in accordance with the aims and objectives of Policies CP8, CP9, CP10 and CP17 of the Local Development Framework Core Strategy Development Plan Document and Policies DC26, DC29, DC32, DC33, DC34, DC35, DC61, DC62 and DC63 of the Local Development Framework Development Control Policies Development Plan Document. The proposal is also considered to comply with Policies 3A.24 and 3C.1-3 of the London Plan, as well as PPS1.
