| 1. | The development to which this permission relates must be commenced not later than three years from the date of this permission.
Reason:-
To comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004). |
| 2. | The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out otherwise than in complete accordance with the approved plans (as set out on page one of this decision notice).
Reason:-
For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the development is carried out as approved. |
| 3. | Prior to the commencement of the development hereby permitted, the car park approved under application ref. P0520.21 shall be implemented and be operational prior to the removal of the existing car park.
Reason:-
To ensure that there is no loss of disabled persons parking on the application site (London Plan (2021) policies T6 and T6.5). |
| 4. | The playground enclosure hereby permitted shall not be used by the wider community and shall be solely restricted for the uses applied for and shall not be used for any other use.
Reason:-
In order to control the development and to protect the amenities of the locality and to ensure there are no unacceptable environmental, safety or traffic problems (policy DC28, DC32 and DC55 of the LDF and Draft Local Plan policy 34). |
| 5. | No further artificial lighting shall be installed within or around the playground enclosure hereby permitted.
Reason:-
In order to protect the amenities of the locality (policy DC56 of the LDF and Draft Local Plan policy 34). |
| 6. | The netting enclosure and metal fence of the development hereby permitted shall installed in strict accordance with the details, plans and specifications referred to above and shall be kept in good condition for the duration of the development hereby approved.
Reason:-
To ensure the safe and efficient use of the playground enclosure hereby permitted, and to ensure the fence and netting does not have an unacceptable visual impact and to accord with the Development Control Policies Development Plan Document Policy DC61. |
| 7. | The use of the development hereby permitted, outside of school hours, shall be limited to between the hours of 17:00 to 19:00 on Mondays to Fridays and shall not be used on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
