| 1. | Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 no formation of any additional areas of hardstanding, detached buildings unless on existing areas of hard-standing or means of enclosure shall be erected or placed upon the site without the express permission in writing of the Local Planning Authority. Reason:- In the interests of amenity and to enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over future development. |
