1.The outbuilding shall not be used for the purposes hereby permitted other than between the hours of 10:00 and 19:00 Monday to Friday, 10:00 and 15:00 on Saturdays and 09:00 and 13:00 on Sundays and not at all on Bank or Public holidays without the prior consent in writing of the Local Planning Authority. Reason:- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control in the interests of amenity, and in order that the development accords with Development Control Policies Development Plan Document Policy DC61.
2.The use of the outbuilding to provide micro-pigmentation (permanent cosmetics) shall only be carried out by Miss Lisa Mills and shall not enure for the benefit of the land or any other person. When the premises cease to be used by the above named person, the use hereby permitted shall cease, all materials and equipment brought onto the land in connections therewith shall be removed and the use of the site revert to ancillary residential use. Reason: To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control in the interests of amenity, and in order that the development accords with Policy DC61 of the LDF Development Control Policies Development Plan Document.
3.There shall be no more than one client and Miss Lisa Mills within the outbuilding at any one time. Reason: To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control in the interests of amenity, and in order that the development accords with Policy DC61 of the LDF Development Control Policies Development Plan Document.
4.The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out otherwise than in complete accordance with the approved plans (as set out on page one of this decision notice). Reason:- For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the development is carried out as approved.
5.Statement Required by Article 35(2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management) Order 2015: No significant problems were identified during the consideration of the application, and therefore it has been determined in accordance with paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework 2018.
