| 1. | The proposal would result in loss of community facility to the detriment of the local community, and that insufficient information has been provided to demonstrate the loss of this particular facility would not be prejudicial to the local community. The proposal is therefore, contrary to Policy DC27 of the LDF Core Strategy and Development Control Policies DPD. |
| 2. | The proposal by reason of the intensification of the use of the site would be likely to result in significant noise and disturbances associated with the use thereby causing significant harm to residential amenity of the occupiers of the neighbouring building, including the comings and goings to the site by pedestrians or by dropping off and picking of the children from the site which may also adversely affect the safety of highways condition, contrary to Policies DC267, DC27 and DC61 of the LDF Core Strategy and Development Control Policies DPD. |
