| 1. | The proposed two-storey front extension, by reason of its width, height and projection would represent a visually intrusive and incongruous feature, unbalancing the semi-detatched pair which would be detrimental to the design, character and appearance of the host property and visual amenity of the streetscene and adjacent residential amenity contrary to Policies 7 and 26 of the Local Plan, the Residential Extensions and Alterations Supplementary Planning Document and Policy D1 of the London Plan. |
