1.The proposed dwelling, by virtue of the form, width and sitting would represent an incongruous form of development that would fail to harmonise with its surroundings and would result in significant harm to the character and appearance of the streetscene, contrary to Policies 26 of the Havering Local Plan.
2.The extend on the first floor rear wall in relation to the neighbouring property, would lead to unacceptable loss of light to no.51 and would lead to unacceptable harm on neighbouring amenity being contrary to Policies 7 of the Havering Local Plan.
