Notwithstanding, the front extension by reason of its excessive width and depth, bulk and massing, and in conjunction with the other unauthorised works on this prominent site forms a dominant and visually intrusive feature, which is detrimental to the character and appearance of the host property and visual amenity of the streetscene contrary to Policy 26 of the Havering Local Plan 2021, the Residential Extensions and Alterations Supplementary Planning Document and Policy D1 of the London Plan 2021. |
