1.This permission shall be for a limited period only expiring on 1st October 2025 on or before which date the use hereby permitted shall be discontinued, the buildings and works carried out under this permission shall be removed and the site reinstated to its former condition to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. Reason: The proposed building would have an unconventional design fail to satisfactory integrate with the character of the main building and only a temporary permission is justified.
2.You are advised that the council the application building by reason of unconventional design, appearance fails to be in keeping with the character of the area and if by the expiry of the temporary planning permission were to remain in its place enforcement action for its removal would highly likely to be actioned.
