| 1. | The proposal fails to make adequate provision for the extraction of fumes thereby resulting in smoke and odour nuisance to nearby residents contrary to Policy DC61 of the Core Strategy and Development Control Policies LDF and Policy 14 of the Draft Local Plan. |
