The applicant should note that -
· The structure should be positioned in line with existing street furniture to minimise any additional encroachment into the footway and maintain adequate pedestrian clear space.
· The proposed location should not impede access to the adjacent bus stop infrastructure, including passenger information facilities, shelter access, or the bus front door boarding zone.
· Consideration should be given to providing additional visibility measures, such as reflective bands on the supporting structure and signage visible from both sides of the road, to assist users and those with visual impairments.
· Prior to installation, the applicant should undertake appropriate utility searches and/or surveys to identify the presence, alignment and depth of underground services and to ensure that suitable foundation details can be accommodated without impacting existing apparatus. |

The Local Planning Authority has acted positively and proactively in determining this application by assessing the proposal against all material planning considerations, including planning policies and any representations which were received. It subsequently determined to grant planning permission in accordance with the National Planning Policy requirement that applications for sustainable development are approved where possible.
