1.The development to which this permission relates must be commenced not later than five years from the date of this permission. Reason:- To comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out otherwise than in complete accordance with the approved plans, particulars and specifications. Reason:- The Local Planning Authority consider it essential that the whole of the development is carried out and that no departure whatsoever is made from the details approved, since the development would not necessarily be acceptable if partly carried out or carried out differently in any degree from the details submitted.
3.All new external finishes shall be carried out in materials to match those of the existing buildings to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. Reason:- To safeguard the appearance of the premises and the character of the immediate area.
4.INFORMATIVE 1: This permission in no way conveys or implies approval to the advertisement signs shown for illustrative purposes on the plans hereby approved. Separate consent will be required under the appropriate Advertisement Regulations and the applicant is advised to contact the Head of Development Control Services, London Borough of Havering to discuss such proposals. INFORMATIVE 2: The applicant is reminded that this permission relates only to the elevational changes to the building. It does not have the effect of changing, deleting or superseding other conditions previously imposed on planning applications: L/HAV/582/83, P0410.94 and P0667.96.
